When I started to study SNiPs (Construction and Design regulation)I found that it''s not easy to understand them.
If you need to find one issue, you should look to several SNiPs, because none of them got full required information in one book.
Each book got references to other books.
So you have to study several books, collect required information, analyze it and create conclusion considering characteristics of your design.
I keep here my translations of SNiPs fragments and tables of SNiPs analyzes which I create during elaboration of design.
